The Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus is situated on Mount Geiselberg in Olang in Pustertal Valley. This unique location provides silence and relaxation far away from hustle and bustle of everyday life. Inimitable is the view over the Pustertal Valley and the Antholzertal Valley.
Despite the retired location above the main valley, you reach the village core of Olang in only 5 driving minutes. Olang and its environments offer a lot of opportunities for an eventful free-time. Hiking in the Dolomites, Nordic Walking (in Olang there is the biggest Nordic Walking Park of Europe), biking, golfing or riding: all of this sports can be done in Olang! Who is looking for some adventure, can try out wild water rafting or canyoning. Olang and its environments are a paradise for active holiday makers.
Should bad weather in Olang disallow sporty activities in the outside, you can undertake a sightseeing trip in the near cities Bruneck and Brixen. Combine the cultural program with some shopping activities. Behind the historic walls of the old town there are hidden many small fashion-boutiques. And for the strenghtening in between we recommend taking a break in one of the many stylish bars in Bruneck or Brixen, where you get spoilt with real and strong Italian coffee.
Museums, beautiful churches and old castles are waiting for your visit.
Olang and the Pustertal Valley are rich in cultural highlights. A sightseeing tour through Olang includes the visit of the ancient limekiln, the historic sulfur baths „Bad Bergfall“ and „Bad Schartl“ and last but not least the ancient pest shrine „Spitziges Stöckl“, built in Olang in 1448.
Worth visiting are also the many castles in Pustertal Valley, like Bruneck Castle, Taufers Castle or Lamprechtsburg Castle. The latter is situated between Reischach and Olang and it is reachable by foot on a beautiful hiking-path. Highly rewarding are also the ancient churches and the interesting museums in Pustertal Valley.
